Role Overview:

As a Product Designer at Masterschool, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students and contributing to their success. You will design user-facing features and internal complex tools for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. This role requires a user-centric mindset, a passion for pixel-perfect execution, and strong collaboration skills. Your expertise will be essential in delivering high-quality, intuitive designs that meet user needs and align with business objectives..

Key Responsibilities

• Design delightful user-facing features for diverse user types on our platform.
• Create and refine complex internal tools.
• Manage design projects from conception to completion, collaborating with colleagues in product, design, development, and academic teams.
• Conduct comprehensive research on competitors and user needs, effectively addressing edge cases.
• Actively seek feedback and provide constructive input during design reviews.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience designing user-facing digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and problem-solving abilities
• Comprehensive understanding of usability and user experience principles
• Proven track record of solving complex product challenges
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to pixel-perfect designs
• Proficiency in Figma
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication or a related field
