Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Scientist with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced AI models, machine learning algorithms, and data-driven solutions that address complex business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage big data and artificial intelligence to optimize decision-making, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Model Development: Design, build, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning and AI models (e.g., neural networks, deep learning, NLP, computer vision) to solve specific business problems.
• Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform AI solutions.
• Algorithm Optimization: Improve the accuracy, scalability, and performance of existing algorithms and data pipelines.
• End-to-End Implementation: Own the full lifecycle of AI projects from data preprocessing to model deployment and performance monitoring.
• Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into AI solutions.
• AI Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning technologies, integrating cutting-edge techniques into company projects.
• Data-Driven Insights: Use advanced analytics to provide actionable insights, predict outcomes, and support strategic decisions.
• Model Interpretability: Ensure that AI models are interpretable, transparent, and compliant with ethical standards and regulations.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement methods to continuously monitor the performance of deployed models, updating them as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for models, processes, and procedures to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

Education:

Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in developing and deploying AI/machine learning models in real-world applications.
• Strong background in data manipulation, analysis, and predictive modeling.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision techniques.

Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and mathematical skills, with experience in statistical modeling, optimization, and experimental design.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI-driven business applications, including recommendation systems, personalization, or predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with model explainability and AI ethics.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and MLOps tools for scalable model deployment.
