Process Engineer

Vectorious has developed the world’s first in-heart microcomputer and is on a mission to transform heart failure treatment. As part of our first in-human clinical study, we have successfully implanted our sensory device in patients across Europe, while demonstrating a huge potential in helping millions of people living with heart failure to take control and manage their disease. As an increasingly growing company we’ve been accepted to FDA’s prestige Breakthrough Device Designation program.

Now, we are looking for a talented Process Engineer to join our Engineering group.

Location: Tel Aviv (On site)

Responsibilities

o  Produce process flowcharts, diagrams, sequences as well as writing process specifications for the production various assembly operations in accordance with quality system demands and manufacturing needs.

o  Take part in developing, configuring and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification in accordance with quality system demands and manufacturing needs.

o  Assessing processes, taking measurements, and interpreting data.

o  Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes.

o  Problem solving, process improvements etc.

o  Create update and maintain work instructions.

o  Preform and manage process and test method validations.

• o  Work closely with Manufacturing, R&D and QA team members for NPI activities

Qualifications

• BSc in Electrical / Materials / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering or relevant experience
• 3-5 years of experience in production engineering, process engineering, or NPI roles.
• Medical device experience – mandatory
• Technical writing experience : URS, IQ/OQ/PQ and validation reports Experience with key technologies and processes related to the manufacturing of medical devices: implants, stents, catheters, and delivery systems is preferred. (Class III - advantage)
• Excellent analytical and math skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew & English -Mandatory
• Prove ability to identify, assess and solve problems.
