You can expect to work on

• Developing Scalable Backend Systems: Build and optimize our backend infrastructure, including APIs, microservices, and decision-making engines that power critical business functions.
• Crafting Data Pipelines: Architect, build, and optimize sophisticated data pipelines to fuel our data-driven processes.
• Shaping Our Architecture: Lead the design of system architectures while evaluating and integrating the best tools and open-source projects into our ecosystem.
• Influencing Our Tech Stack: Play a pivotal role in shaping our technology choices. Our current stack includes ReactJS, NestJS, and Python — and we’re open to your insights!

You should join us if

• 4+ years of professional experience as a software engineer focusing on the backend side, specifically with Python & NodeJs (TypeScript)
• Motivated for writing scalable and safe code in order to generate great products
• Broad knowledge of modern backend frameworks, tools, and architecture
• You are fearless about learning the details, and understanding every single minute detail of an underlying system or process
• Strong architecture skills - ability to design for scale, velocity, robustness and readability of end-to-end solutions.
• Have a passion for working with data and are eager to design and build complex data pipelines.
• Proactive team player with a desire to impact our team, our product, and our customers.
• Experience with machine learning / data science - Advantage
• Experience working with LLMs - Advantage
• Hold a BSc in Computer Science or equivalent - Advantage
• Excellent spoken and written English
