DevOps Engineer

Cyberbit Range is a Cloud-Based Simulation enables cybersecurity teams to experience real-life cyber-attacks before they encounter them. Our cloud-based Cyber Range allows instant access to real-world networks and security tools for enabling SOC teams and students to battle real-world malwares and cyber-attacks to get prepared for the inevitable attack.

In this role you will develop for a world-leader cyber company with the first hyper-realistic simulation platform for cyber that aims to solve the problem of training and skill shortage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technically lead Cyberbit Cloud Range continuous integration & deployment processes using common DevOps tools.
• Build our test and production environments via infrastructure as code automation.
• Build enterprise-like simulation networks as code with common tools such as terraform, packer, ansible etc.
• Design and implement common service solutions with and for engineering stakeholders.
• Design and implement containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS etc.
  
  

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as DevOps engineer in Cybersecurity/ IT industries
• Scripting language skills and experience - Python/Ruby/Bash/Groovy/PowerShell.
• Experience in building CI/CD pipelines using scripted and declarative via Jenkins.
• Experience with deployment tools and Infrastructure as Code platform such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer etc.
• Understanding of networking, security, load balancers, HTTP/TCP stack.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS preferable) – Big advantage
• Expertise in virtualized and containerized environments (VMWare, Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS).
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• High attention to details and accuracy.
• Self-starter, autodidactic.
• Excellent communication skills.
