NLP Researcher

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated NLP Researcher for our Ramat-Gan office. As an NLP Researcher, you will utilize deep learning and cutting-edge NLP methodologies to develop AI-driven products and functionalities to solve complex problems and revolutionize the legal industry.

As our users gain deeper insights into transcription data, they will also be able to utilize powerful tools such as contradiction detection, topic extraction, text segmentation, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Responsibilities

• Work together with the product team to establish research problem, criteria for success, and convert these into measurable goals and objectives
• Explore existing approaches to research problems as well as develop new ones
• Conduct end-to-end data-driven research and development

The Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years experience in applied research up to production code level in Machine Learning / Deep Learning, focusing on NLP
• M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering. Ph.D. – advantage
• Good understanding of DNNs and experience with PyTorch / TF / other platforms
• Experience in finetuning and evaluating LLMs - advantage
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Python development
• Self-learner and excited about new domains
