Senior Product Manager - Data and AI

One of our clients, an innovative and well-funded startup in the healthcare industry, is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager - Data and AI. This company specializes in addressing the financial challenges of patient care by providing a unique platform that identifies alternative funding opportunities to help patients afford their treatments, while also enhancing hospital revenues. Currently, in a rapid growth phase, they are expanding their customer base and focusing on scaling their technology and developing new SaaS products and services.

As the Principal Product Manager of data and AI, you will lead the design, development, and enhancement of the company's data assets, AI-driven solutions, and analytics products. Collaborating with data engineers, analysts, and UX designers, you will shape the scalability and data offerings of the platform. Your leadership will be critical in defining the data roadmap, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions, and aligning them with the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with data engineering teams to design and optimize AI products and data assets.
• Ensure accuracy in the data logic, models, and algorithms driving the platform.
• Develop and launch products leveraging pre-trained LLMs, fine-tuning them for specific use cases.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept validation to post-launch optimization.
• Define and prioritize the data product roadmap to balance client commitments with strategic growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align product initiatives with business goals and drive adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in product management with a focus on data or technical products.
• Proven experience working with data engineers and data scientists.
• Experience in agile development environments and knowledge of product management best practices.
• Experience in the health informatics domain and familiarity with the US healthcare system is a plus.
