They are seeking a forward-thinking AI Software Engineer to join their innovative R&D team in Jerusalem, contributing to both their flagship product and upcoming developments. Your role will involve working closely with linguistic experts, requiring creativity, independence, and problem-solving skills to develop automatic solutions.

You will apply these skills to cutting-edge Natural Language Processing (NLP) challenges across the workforce and education industries.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance NLP and Machine Learning algorithms.
• Lead development efforts using the latest technologies and machine learning methods.
• Manage the entire development cycle, including architecture, implementation, and monitoring.
• Provide innovative solutions to handle large-scale data and traffic challenges.
  
  

• BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in machine learning, including expertise in Deep Learning, regression, and classification models.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or team lead role.
• Experience with audio analysis, feature extraction, and solving text classification problems within the language domain.
• Proficiency in building scalable and distributed SaaS solutions.
• Expertise in Python programming.
• Familiarity with linguistics and/or acoustics is an advantage.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and high standards for code quality, testing, and performance.
• Fluent English communication skills.
