Content Team Lead

A digital publishing company is looking for a content team lead with native-level English, a strong understanding of American internet culture, managerial experience, and a driven, ambitious mindset. In this role, you'll combine creativity and leadership with hands-on content creation.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to daily content with engaging, humorous, and original writing.
• Lead the editorial teams, consisting of both full-time staff and freelancers.
• Spearhead new initiatives, content formats, distribution strategies, and monetization opportunities for their clients.
• Collaborate with a team of editors, producers, and executives in a dynamic, creative environment.
  
  

• Proven team management experience.
• In-depth knowledge and passion for American internet culture, online trends, memes, Reddit, TikTok, and more.
• Native-level English with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Experience in writing and editing, preferably for media or entertainment platforms.
• Flexibility to work outside regular Israeli hours to accommodate US-facing meetings.
• A natural leader with a proactive, goal-driven, and positive attitude.
