Tableau developer

About the Role:

I am hiring a full-time Tableau Developer on a contract basis to work for a well-established tech company in Tel Aviv. You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data visualizations that drive key business decisions. This is a hybrid role, offering both remote flexibility and time spent in the company’s Tel Aviv office.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to meet business needs.

Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate them into impactful visualizations.

Ensure optimal performance of Tableau dashboards and improve existing ones.

Maintain data accuracy and consistency in all reports.

Provide support and training on Tableau usage and best practices.

Stay up to date with Tableau updates and leverage new features.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Tableau Developer, ideally within a tech environment.

Expertise in Tableau (desktop and server) for designing and developing data visualizations.

Proficiency in SQL for querying and working with large datasets.

Experience integrating data from various sources (e.g., SQL Server, Google BigQuery).

Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills in English; Hebrew is a plus.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with Python or other data analysis tools.

Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
