We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team.

We are looking for a world-class Senior Product Manager to join our B2C department in Tel Aviv. As a PM, you’ll work closely with our Engineering, Design, Marketing, and product management teams to define experiments and use the results to accelerate the growth of our B2C products.

• Leading the product Strategy & roadmap
• Plan, prioritize and execute highly impactful product features to realize the product vision. Ensure high team velocity and the most effective use of team resources
• Drive the product development process end-to-end from discovery, through definition and design, to development and deployment
• Work closely with a multi-disciplinary development team - data scientists, big data engineers, full-stack developers - product designers, product marketers, and various business stakeholders
• Deeply understand our customers, their needs, and the broader market and competitors through continuous research and interviews
• Monitor product KPIs, analyze user behavior, collect user feedback and iterate on features to achieve product goals
  
  

This Is The Perfect Job For Someone Who Has

• At least 5 years of experience as a hands-on Product Manager
• Passion for consumer products, a track record of managing the full product lifecycle, and a deep understanding of the B2C digital landscape with a strong focus on mobile app-based products (iOS/Android).
• Proven experience and passion for building and optimizing great products with multiple successful product launches. Experience building both B2C and B2B products- a strong advantage
• Highly data driven, and experimentation-orientated. Strong product analytics skills and data-oriented thinking. Experienced in running A/B tests and using data to improve a product.
• Experience in fast-moving startup environments - an advantage; experience in mobile and online communities- boom!
• A strong user-centric approach, capable of translating customer needs and pain points into innovative product solutions
• Superb collaboration and communication skills, ready to work with and align many stakeholders across the organization, and partner closely with both R&D & product design; comfortable working with ambiguity.
• An excellent team player with a can-do attitude. Hands-on mentality - a must!
• A BSc in industrial engineering, computer science, system engineering or a significant equivalent experience - a strong basis for modeled thinking
