We have open positions in two different teams:

Data Team:

The team is focused on ingesting data from multiple sources on a large scale, transforming it into Navina’s structure, and serving it. The team’s challenge is to work with different data protocols, ensuring the data is always fresh, accurate, and simple to use, while staying resilient and efficient.

Analytics Team:

The team is focused on delivering an analytics product that allows medical teams to assess treatment effectiveness, gain workflow insights, and optimize performance. The team’s challenge is to provide actionable insights while ensuring the product is intuitive, reliable, and adaptable to the needs of diverse users.

You will be in charge of end-to-end development and have a significant impact on both the product and technical decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development processes from ideation to production
• Have full ownership of our analytics product, driving its development to the next level by designing and modeling data, implementing ETL pipelines, and enhancing the user interface
• Collaborate with product, medical, and software teams across the organization
• Build a customer-centric product with a deep understanding of the complex healthcare industry

Requirements:

Experience:

• Team player at heart
• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer
• Experience with server-side technologies - Python / Node.js
• Experience with AWS or other cloud services
• Experience with developing data-oriented products - ETLs, SQL and complex querying
