Job Title: Customer Relations Representative & Personal Assistant to VP of Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Process Support: Assist in the sales process, including working with AI systems to engage with customers, understand their needs, provide solutions, and drive towards closing deals.
• Customer Retention: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction.
• Customer Relations: Generate new leads from online sources and follow up with leads that have not completed the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Strong sales-oriented and customer service mindset.
• Professional and presentable.
• Fluent in both Hebrew and English.
• Technologically savvy with experience working with AI tools and software.
