System Administrator / Helpdesk

Lantera is a boutique IT management service provider specializing in managed IT services for small and medium-sized enterprises. In addition to our core services, we also offer DevOps solutions in Azure and AWS.

We are seeking a candidate who will be responsible for engaging with clients, managing projects, addressing issues and developing innovative solutions.

This position involves a blend of in-office work, remote work, and client visits.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience and a solid understanding of the following areas:

• Operating systems: Windows, macOS, Linux
• Active Directory environments
• Office 365 / Azure AD / Intune
• Virtualization technologies: VMware / Hyper-V
• Firewall management, switches, and access points
• Computer hardware
