✨ We are looking for a Field/Product Support Engineer to join our dream team at an innovative global tech company focused on developing, manufacturing, marketing, and supporting advanced metrology solutions for the semiconductor industry ✨
Location: Migdal HaEmek
This position requires 25-30% travel abroad
Key Responsibilitiy:
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Install systems at customer sites, conduct standard installation tests, adhere to schedules, and ensure system performance meets specifications.
- Perform high-quality repairs on complex systems within the required timelines.
- Conduct maintenance to ensure tools meet the necessary specifications.
- Utilize diagnostic electronic or software tools for analysis and reporting.
- Optimize time management and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Serve as a trusted advisor in support and sales for new tools.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Physics) or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Support Engineer, Service Engineer, Applications Engineer, or Instrument Engineer in the semiconductor industry or with multi-disciplinary machinery.
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
