Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Futsal Coach to work with middle school teams in Netanya. This role involves coaching young players every Monday from 13:30 to 16:00. The focus will be on developing their futsal skills, guiding them to become better athletes, and nurturing a love for the sport.

While this position is limited to specific hours, there is potential for more projects and future collaboration with Maccabi Netanya Futsal Club. We're also open to football coaches transitioning to futsal, offering guidance and support during this process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and train middle school futsal teams in Netanya.
• Develop structured training sessions to build player skills and team strategies.
• Foster a positive and engaging learning environment to motivate young athletes.
• Support players' growth by building strong foundations in futsal techniques and game understanding.

Qualifications:

• UEFA C License (or higher) is required.
• Prior coaching experience in futsal or football.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate young players.
