System Administrator

Role Description

A large essential factory in Haifa needs a SYS ADMIN.

At least 5 years of experience as a system person in an organization with at least 500 users is required.

This is a full-time on-site role for a System Administrator at T.O.M in Haifa. The System Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as system administration, troubleshooting, technical support, network administration, and information technology management.

Controlling Microsoft systems - AD, EXCHNAGE, GPO, permissions, distribution and update system, etc.

Experience in managing physical servers

Proven experience in managing a virtual server environment of at least 100 servers

Proven experience in managing virtualization infrastructures and storage systems (VMWARE | NETAPP)

Experience in managing backup systems (advantage for VEEAM)

Experience in implementing information security in Microsoft systems

Proven experience in managing a 365 environment and working in a hybrid configuration

Qualifications

• System Administration and Network Administration skills
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support capabilities
• Experience in Information Technology management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or Cisco are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Self-learning ability

• Willingness to work at unusual hours, readiness to be on call and support from home
