Project Management Officer

We're seeking a PMO to join our successful company in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee and manage project portfolios within the PMO, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives

-Develop, implement and monitor project plans and performance metrics for technology projects

Manage employee portfolios and track project-related HR activities

-Support the recruitment process for technology roles, including job postings, candidate screening and interview coordination

-Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes and action items

-Analyze project performance data and generate reports for stakeholders to support informed decision-making

-Provide training and support for project management best practices and tools within the organization

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a PMO in the management and control of technology projects
• Experience using the Merhava system for employee portfolio management, particularly in the HR domain
• Experience in recruiting for technology positions, with an understanding of technical roles and requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel for data analysis and reporting
