Located in Tel Aviv, near a train station, they offer a hybrid work model with two work-from-home days per week. The company has 250 employees globally, with 80 employees based in Israel.

Role Overview:

• Technical Leadership role with 80% hands-on development.
• Managing one employee in Israel and reporting to the Head of Development abroad.
• Focus on Client-side development in React and Server-side in Node.js, within a GCP environment.

Requirements-

• 5 years of professional frontend development experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in React and Node.js development.
• Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Expertise in performance optimization, accessibility, and web standards.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its services is required.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Mastery in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and state management libraries
• Experience with server-side technologies, particularly Node.js, and an understanding of full-stack development.
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git), build tools (Webpack, Babel), and CI/CD pipelines.
