Safety and Security Operations Manager

Overview

As the Manager of Safety and Security Operations, you will be responsible for implementing Global Safety and Security Programs according to Intuit's corporate strategies and business goals. You will have a complete understanding of the internal and external environment and be able to identify high-value opportunities and critical priorities to achieve optimal security.

• Ensure the successful implementation of safety and security programs by working collaboratively and cross-functionally within the organization.
• Serves as the liaison between the Business Units and the Regional Safety and Security Manager - support senior management, Israel site leader, business unit leaders, Legal and Human Resources in Israel in aspects of safety and
• Oversee the daily operations of contract physical security
• Manage contract physical security partner’s performance in the area of responsibility, set training and knowledge standards, test performance and audit to ensure contract compliance.
• Collaborate with Regional Safety and Security Manager, internal stakeholders and partner with external agencies to successfully manage critical incidents.
• Manage security equipment such as ACS and CCTV systems, including vendor management and negotiations, preventive maintenance, and compliance to vendor SLAs.
• Basic designing of Safety and Security architecture for a site /upgrades on an existing site.
• Responsible for the conduct of new hire Safety and Security orientation programs (NHO).
• Emergency & Crisis Management – Be a part of Emergency Response Team (ERT)/Site Emergency Response Team (SERT) and enhance the ERT/SERT program in accordance with Intuit policies and in consultation with GSS, EHS Manager, including conduct of:
• Medical emergency response and incident
• Evacuation of drills in coordination with GSS, EHS Manager, building management and other agencies as required.
• Training sessions (external/internal) for the ERT members and support
• Report writing and
• Coordinate Safety and Security support for internal and external events planned by Business Units.
• Drive Safety and Security awareness programs for employees in accordance with the global guidelines.
• Contributes to the preservation of company assets by identifying and remediating risks, and process improvements.
• Contribute to the reduction of losses of proprietary information, physical, and human assets by analyzing compliance of protection programs and outcomes of critical incidents.
• Document and communicate status, issues, and risks in a timely manner to stakeholders and senior Ensure that the appropriate documents exist and are broadly communicated to drive shared vision among the program teams.
• Assist the EHS program in Israel as per GSS guidelines and in conjunction with GSS, EHS Manager.
• Assist in holistic evaluation, supervision and monitoring of ‘Fire Safety and Suppression Systems’ deployed at the site.
• Manage commitments, milestones, resources, and deliverables and proactively drive to ensure that these are met.
• Assist in the coordination of the Executive Protection Program with the chosen partner, in line with GSS policy /guidance.
