Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Project team and assist us in supporting GTH's significant growth & success by managing deliveries and projects, improving processes, and being our go-to guy to get things done!

Responsibilities

• Work directly with R&D, Product Management, QA, stakeholders, and other functional teams in a highly dynamic environment to ensure successful deliveries. Be the focal point to prompt scopes in our site and ensure nothing is left behind.
• Project management – be in charge of scopes to verify that action items are clear to all members, tasks have been deployed as planned, and report statuses periodically/per demand to comply with our commitments.
• Delivery management – be responsible and constantly on top of our version's status and progress by ensuring the information in Jira is up-to-date, identifying and mitigating risks, managing dependencies, and addressing conflicts.
• Apply effective communication and synchronization across business and technical teams to push tasks/projects towards completion ASAP and drive process improvement initiated by your experience, feedback, or drilling down into data.
• Plan sprints based on priority, capacity, and other constraints.

Requirements

Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent - Must

• 2-4 years of experience as a Software Delivery/Project Manager or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience working directly with R&D teams, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• English - excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech savvy – must. Coding experience (even basic) is an advantage.
• Having a passion for getting things done, and the ability to work under high pressure and tight schedules, all while delivering high-quality products.
• Excellent social skills and a solid ability to motivate colleagues.
• Hands-on experience with Jira - establishing structural changes, automating flows, creating filters/dashboards, etc.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
