IT Project Manager, Section Manager - Temp position

Description

We are hiring for an IT Project Manager to our HQ in Modi'in (Temp Position)

Position Description

Lead the end-to-end delivery of global projects (for ex’ Transportation Management Systems (TMS),

Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Travel System implementations across VPG globally.

Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, timeline, resources, and key deliverables.

Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where necessary to resolve blockers.

• Stakeholders management: Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders including logistics, finance, procurement, HR, and IT teams to
  
  

ensure alignment with business objectives. Regularly communicate project status, progress, and potential risks to stakeholders,

including senior leadership. Facilitate project steering committee meetings, providing updates on milestones and resource needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in project management in a dynamic environment

Experience managing IT projects, including budgeting and timelines.

Familiarity with ERP, CRM, TMS systems, Monday

English - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Full time position, Hybrid: 1 day from home
