Head of Product

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Product to join a fast-growing SaaS startup. As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for shaping the direction of the company’s product offerings by developing and executing a clear product vision and strategy. You will manage the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, using a data-driven approach to inform every stage of product development.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to build features that delight users while addressing key market demands. You will also work to understand customer points, translate these insights into product improvements, and measure the success of these enhancements. Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision: Define and execute the product vision, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
• Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on customer needs, market research, and business objectives.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data and analytics to validate product ideas, prioritize features, and measure product performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver timely product releases and ensure market fit.
• Customer Insights: Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to guide product improvements and new features.
• Product Performance: Set and track product KPIs to evaluate success and make informed adjustments.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech-focused environment.
• Proven ability to lead data-driven product decisions from concept to market.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a focus on cross-functional teamwork.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
