QA Automation Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced QA & Automation engineer with a great passion for finding the deepest corners of the system and making an incredible impact.

QA & Automation engineer who have great technical skills, prior experience, and a comprehensive understanding of QA workflow and technology in general.

As part of our long-term vision, you will also be responsible for building and maintaining automated testing infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, analyze, and execute tests and create test plans
• Perform various kinds of testing processes
• Work closely with Software Engineering to ensure that all deliverables meet functional specifications
• Understand the business logic and make sure all the components are in sync.
• Design test plans and break them down to test cases according to product requirements
• Schedule test runs, publish reports and analysis with detailed and specific bug reports for failures
• Assess progress and communicate testing status reports, assist with bug reproduction and debug sessions to understand root cause, and verify bug fixes provided by the R&D team.
• Set up and maintain automated testing infrastructure using industry-standard tools

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of manual testing experience
• At least 2 years of automation testing and API testing experience
• Background in software testing methodology, test development, execution and report generation.
• Ability to execute test cases and automated test scripts and assess the effectiveness and accuracy of the software
• Familiarity with test automation toolbars
• Ability and motivation to take responsibility over test automation
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with a rapidly growing product
• Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
