Control Room Operator for a leading scientific organization- 2747

The position includes the operation and maintenance of air conditioning, water, compressed air, heating and steam systems at the facilities of a leading international biotech company in Rehovot. The systems operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so the working hours are in shifts.

The position includes the following tasks:

• Monitoring and handling various alerts received through control systems
• Conducting on-site inspections of facilities
• Providing assistance in the treatment of various systems during the day and calling on-call technicians as needed after hours

Requirements:

• Technician / Mechanical Engineer / HVAC and/or experience in a similar position - Mandatory
• Knowledge and experience of at least 4 years in HVAC systems in the areas of maintenance and operation - Mandatory
• Management experience of a team of employees - Advantage
• Electrical license - Advantage
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems - Advantage
• Familiarity with HMI software such as Cimplicity - Advantage
• Steam boiler operator certification and/or steam - Advantage
• Full command of the Hebrew language and understanding of English at a technical level and basic conversation ability
• High-level service awareness and interpersonal communication
• Ability to work under pressure and beyond regular working hours
