At Hasoub Labs, we're passionate about empowering entrepreneurs to succeed. We're seeking a Startups Growth Lead to join our dynamic team and contribute to the future of entrepreneurship in Arab society.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into our curriculum to ensure program relevance.

- Design and implement innovative pre-accelerator and post-accelerator programs tailored to the specific needs of entrepreneurs.

- Build and manage a network of experienced mentors and consultants to provide personalized support to startups.

- Tailor consulting services based on individual needs assessments to ensure maximum impact.

- Prepare startups for investment by guiding pitch decks, fundraising strategies, and investor relations.

- Organize networking events with potential investors to facilitate connections and increase investment opportunities.

- Actively source new deal flow and attract a wider range of startups at different stages of development to participate in our programs.

- Expand the pipeline of potential entrepreneurs and investors to foster growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, innovation, finance).

- Proven track record in entrepreneurship education or related fields.

Strong understanding of startup ecosystems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering innovation.

- Experience with Technology Startups: Hands-on experience working with tech-based startups, especially in sectors like fintech, AI, food tech, climate tech, or other cutting-edge industries, would provide a strong edge in guiding entrepreneurs through modern challenges.

- Experience in designing and delivering educational workshops or training sessions.

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Fluency in Arabic, Hebrew, and English is essential.

- Ability to travel frequently for work-related activities.
