Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Ashdod. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service & support, addressing financial issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Support and customer service skills
- Interpersonal and Analytical Skills
- Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Previous experience in customer service roles is a plus
