A leading global tech company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Digital Marketing & Web Operations Lead to join their dynamic digital team. This role will focus on enhancing the company’s online presence, optimizing the customer journey, and leading strategic digital initiatives across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a global digital strategy that aligns with the company’s broader business goals, driving online engagement and optimizing the digital customer experience.
- Website Management: The role involves overseeing a dedicated web operations team, ensuring optimal website functionality, enhancing user experience, and improving website performance.
- Conversion Optimization: The candidate will manage and improve the digital conversion funnel, collaborating with UX/UI designers to refine customer journeys and meet business objectives.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams, the selected individual will help drive multichannel growth initiatives based on data-driven insights and performance metrics.
- SEO & Digital Presence: The candidate will take the lead in improving the company’s SEO rankings, enhancing visibility in global markets.
- Reporting & Analytics: Regular analysis of website performance and key metrics will be required, with detailed reporting and actionable insights provided to senior leadership.
- Project Management: The role involves managing daily website operations and multiple digital projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed within scope, timeline, and budget.
Qualifications:
- Experience: The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, and operations, with at least 3 years spent leading teams in a global organization.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive large-scale digital initiatives.
- Technical Expertise: Strong experience with SEO, digital marketing strategies, and website management tools.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, delivering results on time and within budget.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
- Experience in managing web operations for large-scale projects and driving measurable growth is essential.
