Planner

Wipro Givon, a global company owned by a multinational corporation, is a leading manufacturer of components, assemblies, and systems for the civil and defense aerospace industry.

Responsibilities:

• Ideal coordination and planning between project needs and production capabilities and resources based on the Kitron system.
• Receiving prioritization and planning emphasis from project managers, production/logistics managers, COO, and CEO.
• Identifying workloads and smoothing resources, finding solutions in cooperation with production managers and project managers.
• Monitoring the availability of raw materials, equipment, and machine process plans, and promoting the completion of shortages.
• Providing feedback to project managers regarding the start and end of production, shortages of raw materials, equipment, and machine process plans.
• Handling ongoing issues arising during production.
• Long-term capacity planning in production departments, providing answers to capacity forecast needs and making strategic-level decisions.

Qualifications:

B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering - Required.

At least one year of experience in a similar role within an industrial organization - Required.

Experience with the Kitron ERP system - Advantage.

Advanced Excel skills - Required.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Required.
