Role Description

As Head of Business Operations at SeatPick, you'll work directly with the CEO to drive operational excellence and strategic growth. This key role requires experience in competitive, technical B2C environments, particularly in gaming or online marketing at scale. You'll oversee business functions, optimize processes, and develop strategies to scale operations efficiently.

• Collaborate with CEO on strategic plans for business growth.

• 5+ years of experience in business operations or strategy in competitive B2C tech environments.
• Proven track record in scaling operations in fast-paced, high-growth companies.
• Experience in gaming, online marketing at scale, or similar B2C industries.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience with financial modeling and budgeting in high-volume transaction environments.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Deep understanding of technology's impact on business operations.
