Fluent House of Languages is a revolutionary and innovative language school located in Tel Aviv, Israel, with a vibrant multicultural community of over 15,000 language learners worldwide. Founded by polyglots, Fluent's unique language learning method connects language learning with culture and people!

Role Description

A leadership position that combines event organization and production, marketing, sales, communications, and social impact - all in one!

Practically, we're looking for a passionate, talented, and confident individual to lead our vibrant community of more than 15,000 language lovers, manage and coordinate our bi-weekly Language Exchange Events, organize additional special events, create engagement and content for our online community (social media, Whatsapp, etc.), and develop the sales and marketing funnel for the community and our school and courses.

This position is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for bringing people together through the power of language.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in English and Hebrew (bonus points for more languages!).
• Natural leader: a people person who’s social, charismatic and comfortable speaking in public.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: ambition, creativity and self-starter.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in community management, social media management, and event organization.

Details:

• Part-time (90 hours/monthly) in Tel Aviv.
• Hybrid: remote and Tel-Aviv
• Start November 7th
