P3 Information Technologies (P3) is the outstaffing services arm of Unit Group, an international IT services and investment house headquartered in Israel and EU. P3 specializes in delivering remote, top-tier technical talent from CEE countries to global clients, with a strong focus on supporting Israeli growing tech startups.
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic C-Level Executive to take the lead as the Business Unit Manager (potentially CEO) reporting directly to the Unit Group owner. The ideal candidate will spearhead business growth, client acquisition, and expansion in the Israeli and global markets, positioning P3 for substantial growth over the next two years.
RESPONSOBILITIES:
Business Planning & Growth:
- Develop and execute a robust business plan aimed at driving significant growth over the next two years.
- Expand P3’s presence by identifying new business opportunities and securing high-value client partnerships.
- Implement strategies to enter new markets (EU, UK,US) and diversify P3’s client portfolio.
Business Development:
- Lead the company’s business development efforts, focusing on new client acquisition.
- Drive contract negotiations with senior executives to secure long-term, profitable agreements.
- Develop strategies to maintain and grow P3's competitive edge in the outstaffing market.
Client Relationship Leadership:
- Build and manage executive-level relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Work closely with clients to understand their evolving technical staffing needs and tailor P3’s offerings accordingly.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee the smooth delivery of outstaffing services in collaboration with operations and recruitment teams.
- Manage the financial performance of the business unit, ensuring that revenue and profit targets are met.
- Ensure operational excellence and high-quality service delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of business development, recruitment and operations professionals.
- Foster a performance-driven culture focused on achieving ambitious growth targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must Have:
- 5+ years of executive-level experience in business development within remote IT outstaffing or offshore development services, both in Israel and internationally.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing large-scale deals.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Deep understanding of the remote/offshore R&D and tech industry.
- Hands-on experience in scaling services businesses.
- Extensive network within the potential client base.
Nice to Have:
- Proven ability to lead growth through M&A deals, strategic partnerships and securing investment from private equity firms.
