Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Product Manager with a strong background in data science, AI, and logistics. This role requires an individual who can work cross-functionally, driving product development from concept to execution, with a focus on AI and data-driven insights. The Product Manager will collaborate with engineering, data science, and other key stakeholders to deliver world-class AI solutions that transform the logistics industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of AI-powered features focused on revenue optimization, margin growth, and operational efficiency using shipping and logistics data insights.
• Work closely with data science, AI, engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment on product goals, timelines, and delivery.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement, ensuring the successful deployment of AI-driven solutions.
• Conduct thorough research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to inform product enhancements.
• Partner with data science teams to prioritize predictive models, such as demand forecasting and margin analysis, and integrate them into the product.
• Use data analytics, customer feedback, and market analysis to identify areas for optimization and feature development that drive business outcomes.
• Effectively communicate complex AI and data science concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, and/or data analytics.
• Experience working with shipping, logistics, or supply chain data is highly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with data scientists and AI engineers. Familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks is a strong plus.
• Fluent in Jira, Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a deep understanding of iterative development and MVP approaches.
• Strong understanding of data analytics and the ability to leverage insights for product decision-making.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and actionable insights for diverse teams.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and delivering on product goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives and prioritize product features that enhance user experience and drive growth.
