Logistics and Inventory Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Logistics and Inventory Coordinator

to support our growing operations in Israel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand.
• Assign tasks and work orders to warehouse associates.
• Categorize inventory and maintain accurate tracking records.
• Oversee all warehouse registers and conduct periodic counts.
• Assist the operations department with fulfillment and quality control processes.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and data processing software.
• Track shipments and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Manage shipping workflows and other warehouse operations.
• Maintain daily shipping and receiving schedules.
• Review open and closed sales orders and invoices.
• Create and file sales orders, invoices, productivity reports, packing lists, and other documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the customer service team to resolve issues.
• Work with suppliers, vendors, and distributors to procure raw materials and finished goods.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data for informed decision-making.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Priority.
• Good command of English.
• Familiarity with radar systems operation and engineering degrees is a plus.
