Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a VP R&D in Raanana. The VP R&D will be responsible for leading research and development projects, managing cross-functional teams, overseeing software and product development, and providing strategic leadership in innovation and technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in R&D in a start-up environment
• Previous management experience leading R&D teams.
• At least 3 years of experience of BE developing in Python
• Familiarity with FE development, specifically TypeScript and React.
• Experience working in cloud environments (we are on Azure).
• Familiarity with machine learning and data science concepts.
