Monitor

Efficient Frontier is a long-time leader in algorithmic trading for digital assets (cryptocurrency), at the forefront of research, innovation, and market expansion. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Monitor to join our growing and dynamic team. This role is crucial for monitoring over all of our trading systems and in bridging the gap between our trading team and other departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving industry. A high level of English proficiency, both written and spoken, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Basic knowledge in market structure
• Excel proficiency
• Self-directed learning skills
• Availability for at least 5 shifts a week (morning, evening, night. 24/7 weekends and holidays)
• Looking for abnormalities, taking care of alerts and making sure everything is running smoothly

Qualifications

• English - proficient level
• Technological approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• A "can do" attitude and strong will to learn
• Interest in Crypto Markets and knowledge of basics
• Knowledge in Python - A plus
• Experience in live trading (traditional markets as well) - A plus
