Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Specialist for a full-time, on-site position at our customer's office in Tel Aviv. The selected candidate will work closely with Product and Development teams to transform product requirements into efficient, intuitive, and user-centered interfaces. This role requires deep knowledge of UI/UX design, as well as close collaboration with developers to ensure successful implementation of interfaces in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Transforming product requirements into clear, interactive, and aesthetically pleasing wireframes, models, interfaces, and screens.
• Designing user interfaces (UI) with optimal user experience (UX) for SaaS systems, web applications, and mobile apps.
• Collaborating with development teams and supporting the implementation of designs into practical and technical solutions.
• Creating standards, guidelines, and best practices for the company’s user interfaces.
• Working in cross-functional teams, including development and product teams, to ensure alignment between design and business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in UX and UI design.
• Experience working closely with product teams to translate product requirements into user-centric interfaces.
• Proficiency in design software.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive models.
• Ability to design and define complex screens with a focus on user experience across various platforms (web, mobile).
• Strong technical understanding, with the ability to work alongside developers and support the development process from planning to execution.
• Experience in designing interactions and user experiences for SaaS systems (a significant advantage).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Advantages

• Experience with product management systems.
• Familiarity with data-driven design and the ability to test solutions using A/B testing.
• Knowledge of front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) - a significant advantage.

This role requires obtaining security clearance.
