Global Finance Director

Sapiens is on the lookout for a Global Finance Director who will be a key player in our finance team.

The Global Finance Director will be reporting to the VP Finance.

Location: Holon

Working Model: Our flexible work arrangement combines both remote and in-office work, optimizing flexibility and productivity.

What you’ll do:

• Team management:
• Managing the corporate accounting team (2-3 employees).
• Managing the subsidiaries Controllers (5-6 employees).
• Responsibility on closing the reporting periods (monthly, quarterly, and annually) under the US GAAP.
• Responsibility on the quarterly reporting package according to IFRS.
• 20F preparations and reporting.
• Manage controls over the financial reporting process.
• Monitoring and reviewing the accuracy of the financial data.
• Performing controls over our worldwide subsidiaries.
• Communicating with the audit firm.
• Verifying proper implementation of the company's processes and policies.
• Being involved in cross-company projects and supporting the corporate global accounting team.

What to Have for this position:

• CPA from a Big 4 accounting firm, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in US GAAP traded companies.
• Managerial experience.
• Experience in the high-tech industry- advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in IFRS and US-GAAP.
• Experience with 20F preparations and reporting.
• Outstanding attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to accommodate global working hours.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
