Job Description-

The company is seeking a highly motivated AI researcher with an advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields, and knowledge in Machine Learning. The successful candidate will collaborate with the AI team in Israel to synchronize research efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning models, development principles, data management, and validation.

Key Responsibilities-

• Define and explore complex research problems, coordinating closely with scientific and business development teams.
• Lead research projects from ideation through execution, including benefit assessment, knowledge mapping, data collection, and experiment design.
• Collaborate with researchers and scientists on AI-related projects focused on fragrance research.
• Support and guide data collection processes essential for machine learning model development.
• Develop, validate, and refine machine learning models in alignment with project objectives.
• Actively engage in discussions and contribute to various ongoing projects within the company.

Qualifications-

• Advanced degree, thesis related to ML or equivalent industry experience.
• 2 years of research experience in academia or industry.
• Proficiency in Python
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in developing and
• refining machine learning models.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
• effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SQL
• Fluent in English
