Python Developer

A startup in the AI field has developed a SaaS platform for enterprises that manages service and marketing customer journeys using artificial intelligence. For example, the AI constructs a service journey that helps customers resolve issues with their internet or television services, effectively replacing customer service representatives. Their clients include large companies in Europe across sectors such as telecommunications, mobile, and banking.

The company is located in central Israel near a train station and offers a hybrid work model with two days working from home. They have approximately 25 employees globally, 20 of whom are in Israel, including 10 in development.

Role Overview:

• The position is part of a team and reports to the Team Leader, with the goal of being a right-hand person and providing technical leadership.
• The role primarily involves server-side development in Python, with some client-side work in VueJS, running on Linux in an AWS environment.
• Responsibilities include end-to-end task management and addressing DevOps issues.
• This role entails significant responsibility, leadership, and professional fulfillment, including architecture, design, code review, and close collaboration with the algorithms team.

Technology Stack: AI, ML, Python, VueJS, Snowflake, Kubernetes, AWS, GIT, SQL, Django, Flask, Redshift, Microservices, CI/CD.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems.
• Expertise in Python and Django, with a proven track record of delivering backend solutions quickly and efficiently.
• Solid experience with microservices architecture and building cloud-based products.
• Strong experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, DynamoDB, and OpenSearch.
• Proficiency with message queues like Kafka and SQS.
• Experience with scalable data structures, parallelism, and high availability.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerized environments on AWS.
• Experience with agile development and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver quality results.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
