Director of Finance

An innovative startup at the forefront of leveraging biological expertise and data science to break visibility barriers in food crops’ supply chains, is seeking a Director of Finance who is highly motivated, enthusiastic and pays attention to details to join our amazing team.

As Director of Finance, you will report to the CEO and work collaboratively with cross-functional organization teams.

• Financial Planning: Developing Long-term Financial Strategies

• Budget Management: Oversight of the Company Budget and Plan, Execute, and Control of Expenditures and Revenues

• Cost Control: Cost Analysis, evaluating expenses across departments to reduce expenses and improve profitability

• Participation in meetings with management and the board.

• Preparing financial statements (quarterly and annual financial reports)

• Responsible for preparing Tax Reports and reporting to authorities

• Working with external financial auditors

• High analytical and control over the recording and management of financial data

• Preparation of monthly financial and control reports to senior management

• Professional support of bookkeeping activities

Description

Requirements

• CPA certification

• 5-10 years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting

• Experience in the preparation and audit of financial reports

• Works well in a diverse and fast-moving environment

• Detail-oriented, extremely organized, and able to coordinate multiple tasks in a timely manner, with minimal supervision

and a self-starting work style.

• Working experience with Priority – an advantage

• Excellent English – written and verbal.
