We are seeking a skilled Freelance Sourcing Expert to join our Hyperspace team on a success rate.

As a sourcing expert, you will identify top talent across various industries, helping match candidates to the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for open roles.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms for talent acquisition.

Requirements:

• Some experience in sourcing or recruitment.
• Understanding of basic principles in talent sourcing.
• Understanding of R&D roles and technologies in start up companies (e.g. Full stack, backend, DevOps)
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
