Affiliate Manager

Job Description: Crypto Exchange Platform is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Affiliate Manager to oversee and grow our affiliate marketing initiatives. The position is only for work on-site, as the Senior Affiliate Manager will play a key role in driving growth by managing affiliate partnerships, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring that all affiliate efforts align with the company’s strategic goals. Candidates must have a proven track record in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry, with expertise in managing large-scale affiliate programs and a portfolio of successful crypto affiliates.

Your Duties:

• Strategic Affiliate Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand the affiliate program, focusing on driving traffic and increasing conversions.

• Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment of high-performing affiliates, working closely with partners to ensure they are aligned with Brand objectives and values.

• Affiliate Performance Management: Oversee and optimize the performance of the affiliate network, ensuring the highest possible ROI and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance conversions.

• Portfolio Management: Maintain a strong portfolio of high-performing crypto affiliates, continuously nurturing and expanding the network.

• Global Trade Show Attendance: Represent the company at global crypto trade shows and industry events to network, recruit new affiliates, and stay informed on emerging industry trends and techniques.

• Advanced Reporting & Analytics: Provide detailed performance reports on affiliate campaigns, using data insights to propose and implement improvements.

• Campaign Optimization: Manage and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company objectives and consistent messaging.

• Mentorship & Team Collaboration: Work alongside junior affiliate managers, providing mentorship and guidance to help develop their skills while ensuring cohesive team collaboration with marketing and product teams.

Innovative Approaches: Continuously seek out innovative opportunities within the affiliate space, leveraging new technologies and strategies to stay ahead of market trends.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in fintech affiliate marketing, with a minimum of 2 years in the cryptocurrency.

• Proven success in managing large affiliate programs with a focus on performance optimization and growth.

• Strong portfolio of successful crypto affiliates and partnerships.

• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency platforms, exchanges, and blockchain technology.

• Experience attending and networking at global crypto trade shows, with a keen ability to target and recruit new affiliates.

• Experience with advanced tracking tools, data analysis, and reporting techniques for affiliates.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with high-value affiliates and partners.

• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions to optimize performance.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for cryptocurrency and an in-depth understanding of industry trends.
