The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Talented individual, LLM AI Engineer who will join the R&D team.In this role, you will be part of advanced research efforts to investigate and develop architectural solutions for optimizing the networking aspects of large language models.

• Design, develop, optimize, and implement algorithms for large language models to enhance performance, accuracy, and efficiency
• Integrate LLMs into production-grade applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Train and fine-tune LLMs on domain-specific data to meet the unique needs of various applications
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of deployed LLMs, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Conduct research and experimentation
• Develop and deploy NLP models for understanding and generating human language
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and LLM technologies, incorporating state-of-the-art methods into the development process
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data, engineers, and product managers, to understand business requirements and design AI solutions accordingly

Qualification

• BSc/MSc graduate of Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years’ experience as an AI Engineer for a SaaS company
• 2+ years of proven experience in developing and deploying LLM-based applications in a production environment
• Experience in fine-tuning LLMs on domain-specific data, optimizing them for particular applications and use cases
• Experience in optimizing the performance of ML models and applications, including knowledge of distributed computing and parallel processing
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and LLM architectures
• Hands-on development experience in Python and AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience in NLP techniques for understanding and generating human language- Advantage
• Data-oriented personality, analytical mindset, and problem-solving aptitude with a genuine passion for pushing the boundaries of networking performance in AI
• Strong organizational and communication skills, Continuous Learner: Always seeking new and better solutions
