Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate outsourced contractors, such as proofreaders, to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.

- Collaborate closely with content managers within the operations team to ensure seamless execution of content-related tasks.

- Analyze operational data and prepare actionable insights to support informed, data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

- A degree in fields such as Statistics, Economics, Business, or Industrial Engineering.

- Advanced professional proficiency in English is a must.

- Proficiency in an additional language (such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German) is a plus.

- A proactive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and a strong drive to succeed.

- Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to review and interpret operational data.

- Proficiency in Google applications like Slides, Sheets, and Docs is essential.
