Radar System Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced radar system engineer to take a key part in developing our next generation of cutting-edge mm-wave radar. In this position you will be a part of the team developing the radar system, main processes, conducting performance analyses and hardware/software integration. This role requires excellent understanding in radar design and system-level processes combined with the ability to perform in-depth focused tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design and formulate system level processes and prepare design documents accordingly
• Define and generate technical simulations, scripts and tests to model and assess performance of system’s proposed or experimental capabilities
• Process experiments results, analyze radar behavior and performance, derive next development steps and summaries in a report
• Support system integration, demonstrations, technical discussions, and deliver periodic technical briefs
• Prepare workplans, test plans and testing procedures
• Perform various lab testing and validation of system’s capabilities
• Take active part in radar field testing during development or at final customer’s deployment

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Electrical engineering
• At least 2-4 years industry experience in radar development -Must
• Proficiency in Matlab and/or Python
• Experience with operating lab test equipment (such as spectrum analyser & network analyser)
• Familiarity with radar H/W processes, S/W processes and system processes
