About the role

We’re seeking a self-motivated full stack or frontend engineer with a strong sense of ownership and outstanding communication skills.

This role will require you build features end to end while collaborating closely with other developers, as well as with the Product, Design, Business, Data, and Machine Learning teams — all with the goal of delivering a seamless, joyful experience for our customers.

As a Senior Frontend / Full Stack Engineer you will

• Be part of a team building production applications across backend, frontend, data, cloud, application infrastructure, and machine learning disciplines
• Collaborate closely with business and product functions, while managing engineering trade offs, to achieve the best possible business and compliance outcomes
• Own new products and features throughout the software development lifecycle - design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, maintain
• Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and performant code (probably in Typescript and Python)
• Coach and mentor team members, participate in code reviews

What you’ll need

• 4+ years experience developing production, performance critical frontend applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent experience
• Experience with React and Typescript
• Experience with deploying client applications using tools like CDNs and managed frontend hosting solutions
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Experience with Python - a plus
