Initial Communications is seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team in Chicogo, IL. As part of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our clients and help resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
