Director of Operations for a multidisciplinary manufacturing startup- 3172

A fast-growing global technology company is looking for experienced and

excellent Director of Operations to join our awesome team in Israel (Netanya)

and lead and manage the overall supply chain, logistics, purchasing and production.

What you’ll do:

 Oversee and manage every stage of the production flow, from purchasing the raw

materials to the delivery of the final product.

 Secure the company’s delivery plan by managing the supply chain of the key suppliers

including contract manufacturing, Turn-Key assemblies and technologies.

 Responsible for agreements with suppliers – negotiate proposals, prices and

specifications, ensure performance and delivery on time

 Build long-term relationships with vendors in the industry of electronics components,

pcb manufacturing and assembly

 Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements

 Inventory management

 Establish processes designed to optimize and improve work and measure KPI for

purchasing

 Budget planning and control

 Manage the operations team and collaborate with other teams at the company

Requirements:

 7+ Years of experience in similar positions in a global multi/industrial companies

 BA/MBA

 Managerial experience - must

 Previous experience in Electronics component & suppliers sourcing

 In-depth knowledge of contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms

 Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques and ability to “read” the market

 Knowledge in Priority ERP system – an advantage

 Excellent English.
