What You’ll Do:

• Manage key aspects of the product development lifecycle, from concept to product launch, working closely with the R&D team to enhance non-invasive monitoring and diagnostic solutions for healthcare professionals.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product improvements and ensure our devices align with the needs of healthcare providers and market trends.
• Support the creation and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with Elfi-Tech’s strategic goals and medical technology advancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and clinical teams to ensure seamless integration of products into healthcare environments.
• Assist in planning and coordinating product launches, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth rollout and product performance monitoring.
• Drive product optimization to help reduce inefficiencies for healthcare providers, allowing them to focus on patient care through our advanced monitoring technologies.

Who You Are:

•  You have experience as a Product Manager in the medtech industry, with a solid understanding of product development and market entry strategies.
• A background in the medical field, such as an M.D. or clinical experience, is a plus, enabling you to understand the challenges faced by healthcare providers.
• Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system is a major asset, allowing you to tailor solutions to meet the needs of this market.
• You are passionate about technology, innovation, and AI, and you envision how these advancements can drive better healthcare outcomes.
